Real EstateMassachusetts Land Use Monitor: This blog, published by Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, P.C., a Boston law firm, provides real-time news and commentary on Massachusetts land use and real estate law.   13. Summa Real Estate Blog: Summa Real Estate Group is a coop of business owner brokers who have a business owner to business owner mentality. Despite this partnership among their brokers, their blog reflects a community feel as they share business developments, news, social networking tips and more (August).
  14. Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Real Estate Law Blog: Rowe Law Firm, located in Baton Rouge, handles all matters related to commercial and residential real estate transactions, from the negotiation of terms through the closing (September).
  15. Mark Gedymin’s San Francisco Bay Commercial Real Estate Blog: This is a commercial real estate blog that offers insights to everything under the sun pertaining to commercial real estate in San Francisco.   18. Live In Weston Wellesley MA: Traci Shulkin, a Realtor with Benoit Mizner Simon & Co., launched a hyper-local real estate blog connected to HubConnected LLC. This blog is dedicated to life in the Massachusetts towns of Weston and Wellesley (November).
  19. Real Estate Investors Club of Los Angeles — Phyllis’ Blog: Phyllis Rockower first started in real estate in 80’s in New York, buying her first fixer upper in 1979 for 82k and selling it 7 years later for 435k. Then she started the Real Estate Investor’s Club of Los Angeles (LAREIC) in 1996. Last year, she began writing the blog that represents this investment endeavor (November).
  20. Apartments@ C21 Home Matters: Following the the footsteps of other real estate companies such as Coldwell Banker, Century 21 Real Estate launched their blog on Monday, February 14th, 2011, but the earliest posts date back to mid-December (December).

Living in Bedford, MA, 01730: Sheena Santos and Debbie Spencer launched this blog on January 21st to promote all things related to Bedford, including the town’s neighborhoods, its people, the schools, the restaurants, shops, stores, recreation activities, special events and “other to do’s.” Bedford was recently named one of the nation’s top 100 Best Communities for Young Families (January).
  2. Tony Tyrrell Omaha Real Estate: Tony Tyrrell serves the entire Omaha Nebraska real estate market including the surrounding communities such as La Vista, Papillion, Bellevue, Council Bluffs, Carter Lake, and Elkhorn. He showcases his blog through video (January).
